Private Chauffeur Service Encourages Social Responsibility for Individuals
Laguna Niguel, Calif.,—Aug. 31, 2009—Your Car Our Driver (YCOD) (www.yourcarourdriver.com), Southern California’s affordable and socially responsible private chauffeur service, today announced that it provides Southern California residents with a smart and affordable alternative to drinking and driving. According to the California Department of Motor Vehicles, in 2007 there were more than 200,000 driving under the influence (DUI) arrests and close to 1,500 alcohol-involved fatalities. Since YCOD started service in the greater Southern California region two years ago, the company has encouraged individuals to be socially responsible when out for a few drinks or celebrating a special event.
“We all know our alternatives of driving drunk: designated drivers, taxis, limos. However, limos are associated with the high costs, taxis are hard to get in a timely matter, and you never know if your designated driver takes even one sip of alcohol,” said Josef Wojtkow, founder and CEO of YCOD. “Your Car, Our Driver is the next generation of transportation and gives individuals the flexibility of enjoying their time out on the town, without worrying about getting home safely.”
Since its inception, YCOD practices social responsibility in the community through its philanthropic work with organizations. In 2009, the company has donated proceeds to nonprofits like Canyon Acres, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Working Wardrobes and the such.
“YCOD looks forward to continuing work with nonprofits and giving back to the community. We feel that it is very important to extend the service and assist different charities and nonprofits in the Southern California region,” said Wojtkow.
YCOD provides on-call, affordable and socially responsible chauffeur services to individual, corporate and celebrity clients. Chauffeurs drive clients in clients’ own cars at a rate of $30 per hour with a three-hour minimum most nights. Customers thus have a smart, economical and worry-free, option for transportation.

Serving individuals, corporations and celebrities—in clients’ own cars—YCOD offers peace of mind above and beyond a normal car service. At the low rate of $30 per hour (with a three-hour minimum most nights), YCOD is an entirely new generation of transport.
YCOD chauffeurs are experienced drivers and undergo stringent background checks. Not only are they ideal as designated drivers, they can also conveniently drive clients to and from the airport, medical appointments, sporting events or anywhere else they need to go. Drivers park their own cars at a client’s home or office and drive the client’s car for the duration of the outing.
